180 Challenge

I have shared my story and my husband's story about how increasing our cadence to 180 steps per minute improved our running experience. But now I invite you to share your story of how increasing your cadence has changed your running. If this is a new concept to you and you have never tried running at a 180 cadence, I challenge you to create your own story. Download the click track below and start running. Bear in mind that when you adjust your cadence, you start using different muscles, so it may take a while for you to feel comfortable stepping at this rate. Try it for a few minutes each day you run and slowly work up incorporating it in your whole running routine.
